Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
It’s no surprise that Coronavirus has shaken up people worldwide. The health and safety of our staff and customers is top priority. The Total Tint teams across WA are committed to avoid the spread by applying the COVID-19 guidelines set by our industry body, which are in accordance with the Department of Health in Australia.
Our general business policy to help reduce the spread of COVID-19
We are monitoring updates from the all Government authorities and industry bodies.
Although we love our customers, we are encouraging staff and customers to practise social distancing, this includes avoiding shaking hands. The precautions we will be taking during this time include,
- an increased supply of antibacterial surface, hand cleaners and wipes within the workshops.
- Our employees will wash their hands frequently throughout the day and be wearing gloves when preforming any task.
- All vehicles will be cleaned with disinfectant with our employees wearing protective equipment and these will be disposed afterwards.
- Work stations, reception areas, doors, and common areas will be cleaned regularly with disinfected based products
Our workshops are always kept neat and regularly cleaned. We take pride in our work and keeping our businesses strong.
None of our boys have travelled overseas recently. No employees have been in close contact with a confirmed case of the virus. It is important to educate yourself on the virus, if you feel any related symptoms please do not risk contact with others.
COVID-19 in relation to window installation
When we are installing a window tint at your home, office or in your vehicle our boys will try minimise touching objects or surfaces unnecessarily. If you are having a specialist window tint we ask if you could kindly remove any objects or surfaces prior to installation.
We will also wear a sexy face mask wherever possible, we are the specialists of tinting after all. This includes wearing powdered gloves where possible and using soap or sanitiser to clean our hands.
After installing your film in your home, office or vehicle our staff will disinfect all relevant surfaces with a disposable cloth.
